Vietnam Computer Emergency Team (VNCERT) has been established under the
decision of the Prime Minister since December 20th, 2005 and operated under the
management of the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC).
VNCERT have responsibilities in coordinating computer incidents response in the
whole country; early warning problems in computer security; building technical
standards and conformity in network security; facilitating the development of
CERTs/CSIRTs; cooperating with international CERTs.
