There are no member discounts on single or two-day admission. There are no group discounts.

Sponsors and speakers should see the FIRST Events Office for their specific registration packages and instructions.

Registration Package Details

Team Member, Liaison Member, Standard Admission, and Student Packages Include:

  • Full admission to conference activities Sunday through Friday*
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, and two coffee breaks Monday through Friday
  • Entry to the Sunday Welcome Reception
  • Entry to the Monday Sponsor Showcase Reception
  • Entry to the Wednesday Social Event
  • Entry to the Exhibit Hall
  • All applicable conference materials
  • Access to the conference mobile app and live/on-demand streams of TLP:CLEAR sessions

Single Day, Two Day:

  • Full admission to conference activities on the days you select during online registration*
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, and two coffee breaks on the days you select during online registration
  • Entry to the Sunday Welcome Reception
  • Entry to the Monday Sponsor Showcase Reception
  • Entry to the Wednesday Social Event

Virtual Attendance:

  • Ability to network with in-person conference delegates and sponsors through use of the mobile app

*Exception of closed meeting for which you must be qualified/invited to attend.

Guest Tickets for the Wednesday Social Event

Guest tickets are available for the Wednesday Social Event. The social event will take place in the evening of Wednesday, June 7. Final timing is to be determined. Guest tickets are $175 US and include dinner, beverages, and entertainment. To purchase your guest ticket separate from your conference registration, please use the link below to access your registration entry. Guests must be at least 18 years old to attend.

Online Registration Procedures and Registration Close

Registrations must be made online through the conference registration form.

FIRST members must be logged into SSO in order to secure member rates. Members may ONLY register themselves via SSO at this time. This means, you cannot register a team member while logged into your SSO.

Participants of the conference are responsible for submitting their registration information directly via the online form.

Registration closes May 17, 2023 at 19:00 UTC and based on seating availability--whichever comes first.

If you believe that you will be unable to submit your registration by the close date, please email events@first.org and the Events Team will be happy to work with you.

Accepted Payment Methods and Online Registration Procedures

Credit card, ACH, and wire tranfer are acceptable payment methods. FIRST does not accept physical checks. ACH and wires are NET 30 and a proof of payment must be emailed to events@first.org. If you require a PO, please complete the Pay Later registration form accordingly. A PDF statement will be attached to your registration email confirmation. The statement will include a reference number, purchase detail, and banking instructions. If you require a PO, please email events@first.org with the PO request AFTER you submit your registration.

There is a US $30.00 processing fee associated with ACH and wire transfer transactions. This fee will be added to your payment notice found in your email confirmation.

Registration payments must be received prior to the start of the conference.

Keep in mind:

  • Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.
  • Payment must be made in USD.
  • Payment is due NET 30 unless a PO has been supplied.
  • Cash is NOT an acceptable form of payment.
  • If you need a modification to your invoice, require to split payment, or have any questions, please email events@first.org BEFORE submittig your registration.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Substitutions

Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days before the first day of the conference and will receive a full (100%) refund.

Conference registrations cancelled within 14 days of the first day of the conference will incur a cancellation fee of US $200.

No cancellation refunds will be permitted after the conference begins.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute an attendee, please contact events@first.org at the earliest opportunity for instructions.

Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to process. There are no refunds on guest meal or social event tickets.
